Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 August 2026 · Applies to the ABN app (com.allbanglanewspaper.abnapp) and to allbanglanewspaper.org.
In plain words. ABN is a free directory and reader for Bangladeshi newspapers. We did not write the news and we do not own it — the newspapers do. We point you to them, and we take a paper down when its publisher asks.

1. What ABN is

ABN gathers the headlines and front pages of Bangladeshi newspapers into one app so you do not have to open twenty websites. It is free, and it is independent: we are not owned by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any newspaper listed in it. A newspaper appearing in ABN does not mean it approves of ABN.

By installing or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

2. The news belongs to the newspapers

Every headline, article, photograph and masthead in ABN is the property of the newspaper that published it, and is protected by copyright. We show headlines, short extracts and links so that you can find and read the original.

We claim no ownership over any of it. Nothing in ABN gives you a licence to copy, republish or sell a publisher’s work — for that you must ask the publisher.

If you are a publisher and you do not want your newspaper in ABN, the Copyright & Takedown page explains how to have it removed. We honour those requests.

3. How you may use the app

You may read, save and share links freely, for your own personal use. Please do not:

4. Accuracy and availability

The headlines come from the newspapers’ own feeds. We do not write, edit, verify or fact-check them, and we are not responsible for what a newspaper publishes — including anything inaccurate, offensive or later corrected. If you believe an article is wrong, the newspaper is the place to raise it.

Newspapers change their websites, feeds break, and servers go down. ABN is provided as it is; we do not promise that every paper will work every day, or that the service will always be available.

Opening a newspaper takes you to that publisher’s website, where their terms, their cookies and their advertising apply. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

6. Advertising

ABN may show ads. Ads keep the app free. We do not endorse advertisers, and a dispute with an advertiser is between you and them.

7. Changes to the app

We add, change and remove features, and we may remove a newspaper at any time — normally because its publisher asked, its site closed, or it stopped working. Some settings are updated from our server without a new release, so the app can change slightly without you updating it.

Very old versions may stop working when they can no longer read the newspapers correctly. When that happens the app will ask you to update rather than fail silently.

8. No warranty, and limits on liability

ABN is offered free of charge, “as is”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or from anything you read through it — including lost data, lost profits, or decisions you took based on a news report.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
